William "Billy" Lee Cadwalder, 67, of Green Spring, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025 at Winchester Medical Center.

Born May 9, 1957, in Cumberland, he was the son of the late William Harvey and Norma Lee (Twigg) Cadwalder.

Billy graduate from Hampshire High School in 1975. He went on to attend Potomac State College. Billy worked at many factories throughout Winchester and Romney.

Billy was a jack of all trades and loved working on cars. He loved to be out hunt and fishing when the time allowed. He attended Souls Harbor Church.

He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

Billy is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Benny (Smith) Cadwalder; children, Priscilla and Brandon Cadwalder; grandchildren, Bryce, Dandelion, and Genavieve Cadwalder; trusted best-friends, his dogs, Blue and Sissy; sister Donna Metz (Dennis), Carpendale, WV, Karen Darber, Cumberland; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland on Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 11:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Betty Kennedy officiating.

Interment will be in Forest Glen Cemetery.
